for a fist full of dreams
we sail away
leave behind
the familliar lands
brave the raging ocean
thunder, lightning, winds
for a fist full of dreams
we sail away
leaving every thing
we sail away
sharmishtha basu – April 20, 2012 – fist full of dreams. Beautiful simplicity – essence of truth & poignancy of freedom aspired & realized. I have posted this rather than reblogging as reblogging knocks format out: http://johndwmacdonald.wordpress.com

reminds me of birth or death…..not sure why but either way the feeling abides

The most stunning art is most often simple. The carry off sucess something simple has to be spot on! As is this beautiful poem and picture. A few others have commented favourably. I am still an ‘early days blogger’ so a few people taking the trouble to comment is good for me also. I want to get a lot of people commenting and appreciating good poems and pictures mine and others!
